Your new job
As an administrator, you are an important part of our operations.
You will work broadly with administrative tasks, focusing particularly on invoice management and providing administrative support to the organization.
Your tasks include:
- Receiving, reviewing, and reconciling invoices against supporting documents such as delivery notes and time reports, and documenting and following up on uncertainties as needed
- Supporting the recruitment coordinator in parts of the recruitment process
- Training staff in our time reporting system and providing support as needed
- Responsible for purchases and orders, such as office supplies
- Other tasks
In this role, you will have many points of contact, both within the organization and externally. One moment you will collaborate with unit managers, employees, economists, and caseworkers; the next moment you will be in contact with companies and individuals providing personal assistance independently. You will work closely with your administrative colleague and recruitment coordinator. Together, you will create structure and facilitate daily operations.
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone with a high school education in economics/administration or another equivalent vocational education that the employer deems comparable. You have work experience from an administrative role, preferably in a relevant field for the position. Experience in invoice management and/or collaboration with authorities is an advantage. If you also have experience in the area of personal assistance, we see that as a significant plus.
You are comfortable using a computer as a natural working tool and have good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook). You can express yourself well in Swedish, both written and spoken.

Welcome to us
The Personal Assistance area is part of the Support Function within the Social Administration of Jönköping Municipality. We are responsible for ensuring that citizens with extensive and long-term disabilities receive personalized support in their daily lives according to LSS. Our goal is to promote personal abilities and create conditions for as independent a life as possible.
We work in teams and have an office at Kasernen in the Asecs area of Jönköping.
Good to know
The recruitment concerns a permanent position with a start date in March 2026 or as agreed. Full-time is the norm in Jönköping Municipality, and we always offer 100% employment. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of flexibility.
